经过多次尝试，我设法找出原因。默认的 10000 端口由后台进程占用。我按照这个指令找出哪个进程并杀死它，然后它就会工作。

  1. 以管理员身份打开命令提示符并将目录更改为 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\Storage Emulator
  2. 运行命令“AzureStorageEmulator.exe start -inprocess”
