但即使正确gulp -v返回 gulp 版本，运行或（gulp）说gulp 未安装！？gulpgulp default

我错过了什么？有同样问题的人吗？

忘记了所有关于运行npm install的bower install事情......把注意力集中在工具本身上，我忘记了简单地运行日常命令......
