终于得到了解决方案：只要 OnsenUI 不支持 Angular 4，就需要添加以下内容.angular_cli.json：

完全相同的问题。但是，安装 angular-cli 依赖项并更新 .angular-cli.json 对我不起作用（最初，我的项目不是由 angular-cli 生成的）。看来他们正在开发 Angular 4 支持：
