看来这是一个错误，没有这样的 VM 映像：

也许我遗漏了一些东西，但我认为你应该使用 az a k s 而不是 az acs。不错的博客在这里。

ACS 是相当不推荐使用的服务（它是 Azure 为多容器编排器提供的产品），现在它被 AKS 取代。
