我知道的事情：
- 不带参数的“python ./manage.py”可以正常运行，并显示帮助消息。
- 所有形式的 Web 服务器寻址都将失败：
- nginx服务于80端口，没问题
- 我的数据库是生产数据库的副本，通过“mysql”看起来很好
