在我的情况下，它是服务器名称语法问题。SSMS 使用 ip_address,port_number 语法。所以我必须使用 localhost,1433 或 127.0.0.1,1433 来连接。

如果您在文档上运行命令：

docker run -e 'ACCEPT_EULA=Y' -e 'SA_PASSWORD=<YourStrong!Passw0rd>' -p 1433:1433 -d microsoft/mssql-server-linux

然后将容器上的端口映射到本地主机上的端口。因此，您可以使用localhost上面指定的密码连接到数据库。
