所以大部分网络使用来自 SLIM 的 batch_norm,默认情况下没有缩放/伽玛参数。

规模:如果为真,乘以gamma。如果为 False,gamma则不使用。当下一层是线性的(例如nn.relu)时,这可以被禁用,因为缩放可以由下一层完成。
