after researching i found some solution for Jquery include below code in webpack.config.js file is working fine for me:

    module.exports = {
        resolve: {
            extensions: ['.ts', '.js'],
             alias: {
                jquery: "jquery/src/jquery"
            }
        }

     plugins: [
          new webpack.ProvidePlugin({
              jQuery: 'jquery',
              $: 'jquery',
              jquery: 'jquery'
          })
        ]
