Try to install the package this will fix the issue.

npm install --save @angular/animations

Import this is in your app.module.ts file

import {BrowserAnimationsModule} from '@angular/platform-browser/animations';

@NgModule({
  ...
  imports: [BrowserAnimationsModule],
  ...
})
export class PizzaPartyAppModule { }
