好的，事情就是这样，如果您不使用 AWS 的默认区域，则在更新您的区域时必须小心，因为 S3 的格式因区域而异。

我在南美洲，因此我使用的是 sa-east-1（用于圣保罗）。

对我来说，当我更改设置时它起作用了： AWS_S3_HOST = 'sa-east-1.amazonaws.com' 到 AWS_S3_HOST = 's3-sa-east-1.amazonaws.com'
