    -port 1337
    -host 192.168.1.234 -port 1337 -name shell
    -host localhost -readonly
    ...or no arguments for default values
Example arguments for local:
    -path /path/to/db
    -path /path/to/db -config /path/to/neo4j.config
    -path /path/to/db -readonly

在 3.1 中，默认情况下似乎未启用 shell。

您需要在启用 shell 的情况下传递您自己的配置文件：

取消注释

# Enable a remote shell server which Neo4j Shell clients can log in to.
dbms.shell.enabled=true

（我发现在 docker 中更改一个值的工人数量相当多，但是是的..）

或者使用新的 cypher-shell ：
