问题是应用程序找到要绑定的端口的方式随着 Diego 的变化而改变。默认情况下不再填充 VCAP_APP_PORT 环境变量。要修复它，您需要为您的应用程序创建一个 git 存储库（概览选项卡 -> 持续交付 -> 添加 GIT）。使用 jazzhub 编辑 bluemix-settings.js 文件以更改

我在使用 npm express 应用程序时遇到了类似的问题，并且无需编辑 bluemix-settings.js 文件即可修复它。

简单地删除对 process.env.VCAP_APP_HOST 的所有引用（不再是 Diego 中的引用）并将 process.env.VCAP_APP_PORT 更改为 process.env.PORT。

例如，

var host = 'localhost';
var port = (process.env.PORT || 1337); 
app.listen(port, host); 
console.log('App started on port ' + port);

您可以通过键入以下内容来检查您的应用程序是否正在运行 Diego：
