当对文件进行了一些更改时会出现此问题，特别是在 .env 文件中

这是因为 Enctype 没有给出正确的。检查config/mail.php或.env

'encryption' => env('MAIL_ENCRYPTION', 'tsl'),

加密 tsl、ssl 或任何其他 enctype。我也遇到过同样的问题。
