启用数据流 API。在 Pantheon 顶部搜索框中键入“dataflow api”将带您进入一个窗口，您可以在其中单击“启用 API”。

我认为这将为您解决问题。我禁用了我的 Dataflow API 并遇到了与您相同的错误，然后当它重新启用时，问题又消失了。
