我设法让这个工作。我忘记在 Systemjs.config.js 文件的“包”属性中添加一个条目。这是该文件已修改并且现在可以使用。如果有人对包名称的差异感到困惑，我最终还使用了一个名为“ng2-toastr”的不同烤面包机包。
