我实际上已经找到了解决方案，而且一点也不明显。我了解到，Gulp 的一个问题是，通过将所有内容分解成小的专有部分，很难看到全局。这意味着我需要进行一些深入研究才能发现问题所在。

错误发生在useref 阶段之前。它发生在管道执行<index.html>.pipe(replace(<pattern-describing-the-existing-javascript-includes>, '<script src="index.js">').

我不记得 Yeoman 种子项目附带的确切正则表达式，但它对如何终止行有偏见。正则表达式类似于：

/line1stuff\nline2stuff/

我花了很多调试来跟踪它到这一点，但我注意到正则表达式在正则表达式中工作，但是当我进行实际替换时，没有任何东西被替换。

凭直觉，我尝试将正则表达式更改为：

/line1stuff[\n\r]+line2stuff/

这解决了问题！（或者至少是这个特殊问题；我遇到了后续问题。）

伙计，这东西一点都不明显。我基本上不得不在我所有的 gulp 脚本中加上console.info,console.warn和console.error调用来追踪我的方式来找到有问题的代码。
