但是这里的 URL 是/admin/ProfileController/UploadPhoto

您发布到的表单 URL 无效。

使用控制器时，您省略Controller单词并仅使用控制器的名称，在这种情况下ProfileController变为 just Profile，这也适用于 URL。

你Html.BeginForm实际上应该是 @using (Html.BeginForm("UploadPhoto", "Profile", FormMethod.Post, new { enctype = "multipart/form-data" }))
