这些字段不是 Freshdesk 联系人实体的默认字段，但可能在后端根据需要定义（检查 Freshdesk 后端中的管理员 > 客户字段）

这意味着我们必须按照此处custom_fields的 Freshdesk API 文档中的说明定义它们。
