我得到了同样的错误。这是 Gurobi_CMD 的问题。Gurobi 通过了所有测试，但在 Gurobi_CMD 上失败了。

我通过卸载并重新安装 Gurobi 并更改 PuLP 的 .cfg 文件以正确指向 Gurobi 安装解决了这个问题。
