不幸的是，目前的答案似乎是“否”，需要编译程序或使用在其他地方编译的二进制文件。

编辑： 我已经针对这个问题调整了一个解决方法——一个独立的bash 脚本，它编译一个小的内置 C 程序来确定计算能力。（使用 CMake 调用特别有用，但可以独立运行。）
