如您所说，这似乎是版本冲突。我遇到了同样的问题，必须重新安装软件包才能使用指定的版本。我建议安装发布版本并重新运行，直到你得到你想要的。对于它的价值，我有同样的错误，2.1.2 对我有用。

npm install @angular/compiler-cli@2.1.2 --save-dev

至于为什么，我推测包版本不同步。尝试运行npm list --depth=0，看看是否有任何弹出。可能会提示什么是不正常的。

我摆脱它的方法是对所有 Angular 包使用 2.2.0，包括 compiler-cli。然后npm install再次按照 2.2.0 重新加载所有包依赖项并且它起作用了。这是 package.json 的一部分：
