该--format选项仅docker ps在1.8.0 版本中添加，因此除非您能够升级，否则您将无法使用它。

如果在您链接到的文档页面中明确说明了这一点，那将非常方便，但我认为 docker 可能只是希望您使用最新版本 - 他们不以为旧版本提供长期支持而闻名。
