看起来您正在发送和 GET 请求。当您尝试上传图片时，您不应该发送 POST 请求吗？

您的服务器是否需要 GET 或 POST 请求？

尝试testChunks:false与其他配置一起添加

flow-init="{testChunks:false}"

这样 ng-flow 就不会发送 GET 请求。
