如果您在 Windows shell 中运行命令 python 并收到该错误，“python”不被识别为内部或外部命令、可运行程序或 Bathc 文件，请执行以下操作：

将python替换为py，因此py在命令提示符下键入它会起作用。

Again type "py" NOT "python" in your command prompt and it should work !
