I brought a domain (not in AWS) and parked it on AWS. I also got a certificate in AWS Certificate manager, for a domain I use for a shopify store. On the shopify admin, I see that SSL isn't available for the purchased domain.

Is there a way to connect the domain with the certificate if the server is actually on shopify ?

ACM 证书仅用于 CloudFront 和 Elastic Load Balancer。您可以在您的 Shopify 域前面设置 CloudFront 分配，以便以这种方式使用证书，但这可能会带来更多的麻烦和费用，而不是值得。

您可能会考虑将您的 DNS 托管移动到 CloudFlare 并使用他们的免费 SSL 服务。

从 ACM 生成的 SSL 证书仅用于 AWS 服务，您无法将该证书移动到 Shophify 服务器。请参考这里。
