通过以下方式解决了它：

  • 将$UIMA_HOME /eclipsePlugins/*的内容复制到$ECLIPSE_HOME /eclipse/plugins/
    （其中$UIMA_HOME是您安装 UIMA SDK 的位置，$ECLIPSE_HOME是您安装 eclipse 的位置）
  • 然后用“-clean”运行eclipse

注意：在 linux 和 uima 2.9 上使用 Eclipse neon
