更改环境变量后，您是否尝试过重新启动 VS？当您启动一个进程时，它会获取环境变量的副本，因此如果在您更改它之前打开了 VS，您可能正在使用旧变量。

我会考虑关闭所有 VS 实例，然后确保您在任务管理器中没有任何NCrunch.BuildHostXXX.x86.exe进程。
