这是专有 ws-policy 标签的问题http:NtlmAuthentication。问题是 cxf 试图自动满足 ws-policy 要求。由于此标签是专有且非标准的,因此它会失败,因此是例外。

从您的 wsdl 中删除此(整个)策略并在没有此策略的情况下再次生成客户端。之后,ntlm 身份验证应该可以工作。
