终于解决了，和bazel版本有关。

我之前安装过，所以版本是0.1.5。但在文档中，其书面支持的是 0.2 - 0.2.2b。我尝试使用 brew 对其进行升级，但没有成功。

所以我尝试使用 0.2.2b 安装程序直接安装它并且它有效:)
