我不知道您是否可以解决您的问题，但据我所知，CNAME 记录不允许与其他同名记录共存，这意味着 NS、TXT、MX 或 SOA 记录，根据RFC 1912 [1]。

如果您使用 CNAME，作为一种解决方法，您可以将 CNAME 更改为 A 记录，然后设置 TXT 和 MX 记录。
