问题是为什么这个简单的网站需要完全信任？我不明白，它是否需要完全信任，而不是任何 asp.net mvc 网站都需要完全信任。

更新：新的 .net 框架功能需要完全信任。我卸载了 Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform 和 Microsoft.Net.Compilers 包，现在它可以工作了。

我们正在从我们开发的框架（ MVC、WebAPI、SignalR 等）中移除对中等信任的支持。展望未来，基于这些框架构建的应用程序将需要完全信任。

2015 年 5 月 26 日编辑：整个.NET Framework 已弃用部分信任，建议客户不要将其作为安全边界。

因此，需要完全信任也就不足为奇了，因为部分信任现在已经完全过时了。
