我在RecyclerView里面使用NestedScrollView。我也设置setNestedScrollingEnabled为假recyclerview

支持较低的API

ViewCompat.setNestedScrollingEnabled(mRecyclerView, false);

现在！当用户滚动视图时，一切似乎都很好，但是！！！recyclerview 中的视图不会被回收！！！并且堆大小迅速增长！

更新：RecyclerView 布局管理器是StaggeredLayoutManager

这是因为我们有一个回收器视图，它在滚动视图中具有滚动行为。（在卷轴内滚动）

我认为解决此问题的最佳方法是将您的profileCardview作为回收站视图中的标题，然后删除嵌套的滚动视图。

如果它是一个列表视图，那么它就像 listView.addHeaderView(profileCardView) 一样简单，但是对于 Recycler 视图，没有 addheadview 等效项。因此，您可以参考以下链接来更改您的实现。

对于 RecyclerView 或 ListView，高度应该是恒定的，因为如果它不是恒定大小，那么它将如何管理内存中可见行的最大数量。尝试通过更改 RecyclerView 属性android:layout_height="match_parent"或固定高度（例如"300dp"- 根据需要），而不是"wrap_content". 它应该可以改善您的内存管理。
