创建逻辑应用后，初始化步骤之一是验证逻辑应用的 sku 属性下引用的托管计划是否存在。如果未找到托管计划，逻辑应用将被禁用。

在逻辑应用上执行 PUT 时是否使用有效的托管计划？在开始部署逻辑应用之前，您需要先预配托管计划（如果您通过 Azure 门户创建逻辑应用，则创建体验允许您创建托管计划（如果尚不存在）。如果您只是在逻辑应用上执行 PUT，则不会隐式创建托管计划。
