自从 oauth2 gem 上次更新以来，OAuth 2.0 规范已经继续前进。

草案 10，可能更早，使用grant_type参数而不是type，并且值也发生了变化：authorization_code替换web_server。

要解决此问题，需要更新 gem 以与更高版本的规范兼容。
