您能否清空以下目录：

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\临时 ASP.NET 文件 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\临时 ASP.NET 文件

然后重启 IIS：cmd.exe "iisreset"

除了 de URL Rewrite Module，您还必须启用以下 Windows 功能：

1).NET Framework 4.5 高级服务 -> WCF 服务 -> HTTP 激活
