问题实际上出在规则配置中

    .trustStorePath(WireMockConfiguration.getTruststorePath())
    .trustStorePassword("changeit")
    .keystorePath(WireMockConfiguration.getTruststorePath())

我将信任库设置为同时用作信任库和密钥库。
