1) Windows 命令行中等号("=") 前后不能有空格。所以应该是

dtd-path="ONIX_BookProduct_3.0_reference.dtd" 

而不是

dtd-path ="ONIX_BookProduct_3.0_reference.dtd"

假设您想使用样式表http://www.editeur.org/files/ONIX%203/switch-onix-tagnames-2.0.xsl那么它看起来好像需要一些参数并且命名result-document的应该是结果文件的名称,因此您需要确定该名称并将其传入。空字符串作为结果文件名将不起作用。
