编辑2：忘了提一件重要的事情。我们没有使用 Maven 仓库，而是我们自己的私有仓库。我已经下载了所有 jar 并导入到我们的仓库中。我反复跑来mvn clean -U install查看是否有任何错误并修复它。

感谢所有回答的人。由于我必须尽快完成工作，所以我决定使用 Spring WS 而不是 JAX-RS！我们已经有工作的 Spring REST WS，因此决定进一步使用它。如果我的组织放弃使用私人回购的想法，我永远不会陷入这种混乱。

有时会发生这些错误，因为层次结构中的某些接口/类无法解析。例如：错误在您的类中 - 类 X，X 继承 Y，反过来，Y 继承 Z。但是，编译器无法解析 z（在上述错误中），因为 z 属于未包含的库。因此，您必须将包含 z 的包添加到 classpath/ 或项目的 Java 构建路径（如果您使用的是 eclipse）。希望它会有所帮助。
