一个猜测......你有大约 20GB 的数据+索引；innodb_buffer_pool_size = 40G; 并且，出于某种原因，maria1 的 buffer_pool 已填充到完整大小，但其余部分没有。

猜测之上的猜测......一个巨大的查询命中 mariadb1，做了很多索引更改、重做、撤消等，但随后要么回滚，要么没有发送（通过基于行的复制）它所占用的所有临时内容执行查询。
