我想用 docker 构建一个弹性节拍（buehler 的 twitterbeat）。即使我设置了代理，我也会收到此错误。我也重新启动了机器。我尝试了其他讨论中的所有内容。（编码密码，设置git代理等）

密码里面有一个“-”，github不喜欢“-”，所以我不得不更改密码。不接受百分比写作。现在它起作用了。
