@Autowired在这里不起作用，因为您正在使用一个MainApp不受 spring 管理的类的新实例，这就是为什么您得到一个NullPointerException 

    MainApp obj=new MainApp();
    obj.someMethod();

解决方法是：

     } catch (IOException e) {
         // TODO Auto-generated catch block
         e.printStackTrace();
     }
 }

您仍然可以在不MainApp显式添加为 bean 的情况下使 Spring 注入依赖项。

  1. 启用注释驱动配置。添加到application-context.xml以下内容

    <context:annotation-config />

  2. 使用 Spring 线依赖项

    MainApp obj=new MainApp();
context.getAutowireCapableBeanFactory().autowireBean(obj);
