attribute name is `entityKey` 
RequestBeneficiaryEntity requestEntity = new RequestBeneficiaryEntity();

requestEntity.setEntityKey(entityKey);

entitlement.getEntitlementKey();用于配置和entitlementInstance.getEntitlementInstanceKey()取消配置_
