在 Rider 版本 RS-144.5342 (Windows) 上，NuGet 窗口的“选项”选项卡上现在有一个“恢复”按钮。

目前 Rider 不支持恢复 NuGet 包 ( https://www.jetbrains.com/rider/documentation/rider_survival_guide.html#using-nuget )：

Rider 尚不支持在构建之前恢复包 - 现在使用命令行中的 nuget.exe 恢复。随着 EAP 的进展，将添加此功能。
