git clone https://github.com/facebook/nuclide.git
cd nuclide
npm install
apm link

这解决了。

此错误发生在 2016 年 3 月臭名昭著的“left-pad”取消发布期间。“left-pad”收到的提及最多，但“relative-date”也在未发布的软件包中。

这不是 Nuclide 本身的问题，而是下载其依赖项的问题。
