Azure 在幕后使用 IIS。如果应用程序在 IIS 中运行，它通常会在 Azure Web 应用程序中运行。官方文档对发布到 IIS 有明确的说明。一旦它在 IIS 中运行，将相同的东西部署到 Azure。
