GitHub released this nice feature to create PR templates[1]. Me and my team wanted to leverage that. However,I couldn't get it to work in enterprise git.

Is the new feature not available in GitHub Enterprise yet?

自 2016 年 3 月 12 日起，拉取请求模板功能在 GitHub Enterprise 中不可用。GitHub Enterprise 的最新版本是 2.5.1、2.4.5、2.3.9、2.2.15 和 2.1.20。GitHub.com 引入的功能可能会进入 GitHub Enterprise，但不能保证。例如，Jupiter notebook 支持已于 2015 年 5 月 7 日添加到 GitHub.com，但尚未进入 GitHub Enterprise。
