您必须使用相同的 IV 进行加密和解密。它不必是秘密的,而只是AES-GCM独有的(它在技术上是一个nonce)。一种常见的方法是在密文前面加上 IV 并在解密之前将其删除。

使用消息计数器而不是随机生成 IV 也很常见。如果更改了密钥,则应将 IV 重置为初始值并重新开始计数。在某些数量的消息中,您需要一个新密钥,因为 AES-GCM 的安全保证会失效。该数字介于 2 48和 2 64条消息之间。
