-DPOSTGRESQL_LIBRARIES=/usr/local/psql/lib应该指向库，而不是目录。

这就是以下警告已经强调的内容：

请尝试以下命令（您可能还需要CMakeCache.txt先从构建目录中删除您的命令）：
