在来自 Gitlab 的 NGINX 配置文档的末尾， http: //doc.gitlab.com/omnibus/settings/nginx.html它提供了所需的权限设置。
sudo usermod -aG gitlab-www www-data 重新启动服务后，它按预期工作。

奇怪的是，我的文件中没有定义用户/etc/nginx/nginx.conf，这导致了你提到的问题。
