Here's a way to do it :

Expression<Func<Foo, bool>> IsSuperhuman = x => x.CanFly && x.HasXRayVision;

Expression<Func<Foo, bool>> IsSuperheroine = AndAlso(IsSuperhuman, x => x.IsFemale);

...

It is probably not the simplest way to do it, but it works...
